I’m Jules Collins and I help women break free from subconscious blocks, emotional patterns, and outdated identities—so they can finally thrive in midlife and beyond.
I’m an ICF-trained transformational coach, a certified hypnotherapist, and aMAP (Make Anything Possible) practitioner. I’ve spent the last decade immersed in the study of subconscious healing, quantum transformation, and human potential.
But most importantly?
I’ve lived this journey.
At 51, I hit my own version of rock bottom—emotionally, mentally, spiritually. I looked around and realised: I had ticked all the boxes, but I had lost myself in the process. That’s when I stopped trying to “cope” and started doing the deep, subconscious work that finally set me free.
Now I help others do the same.

I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Jules – the MAP therapy was excellent. Jules is a great listener and very easy to speak to – I have Muscular Dystrophy and was struggling with the physical difficulties which had me a bit down. We discussed my concerns and explored how going forward a positive mindset is key to any physical/emotional problem – she has given me a new mantra “ my body and mind will get stronger every day” and she advised me to say this out loud when I’m alone and say it in my head when in public. It might sound a bit cheesy but I feel it really does work and I am willing to give anything a go! Jules said it with such enthusiasm that it was hard not to follow her actions, she is such a positive bubbly person and she seems to pass on the good vibes - I know my disability is not curable but it can be manageable with exercise and a positive mindset.
