Hi, I'm Jules

— a certified life coach, hypnotherapist, and MAP (Make Anything Possible) practitioner.

At 50, I made the life-changing decision to stop settling and start creating the life I truly desired. After facing my own share of life’s challenges, I realised that happiness and success aren’t just for the lucky few — they’re a decision. A decision to take back control of your destiny, believe in what’s possible, and choose to want more.

That decision led me on a path of deep self-discovery and growth. I trained with world-renowned mentors like Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, and Brendon Burchard, and became certified as an ICF-accredited life coach. I added powerful modalities like hypnotherapy and MAP to my toolkit, allowing me to help others create transformation on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Today, my mission is to guide women like you to break free from limitations, align with your purpose, and create a life that feels deeply fulfilling. Whether you’re feeling stuck, lost, or just ready for your next chapter — I’m here to help you move from confusion to clarity, from resistance to results, and from stuck… to success.

What if anything were possible...

Negative thoughts can prevent us from obtaining ultimate success in all areas of life. If you believe you will be successful, wealthy and healthy then you will.

This is the law of the universe.But what if your beliefs are of lack and limitation, embedded in your subconscious programming to create negative self belief and prevent you from achieving your goals in life.

The MAP technique can treat all the restricting memory parts that are stored deep within ourselves.

Consciously or unconsciously MAP works by tagging and neutralising these from the body leaving you feeling empowered with a new sense of flow and release. Past traumas become a memory without the emotional attachment.

Understanding MAP and its powerful process will empower you to provide unlimited improvement in all aspects of your life. You will gain huge benefits from one 90 minute session, but often for underlying issues that appear 4 sessions are recommended.

What is MAP and how does it work?

MAP (Make Anything Possible) is a neuroscience-based technique that helps the brain neutralise subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional triggers — all without needing to relive past trauma. It works gently and effectively by guiding your subconscious to process unresolved experiences, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered.

What’s the difference between MAP, hypnotherapy, and coaching?

MAP works with the brain’s processing system to gently release emotional blocks. Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to access the subconscious and create new patterns. Coaching provides forward-focused guidance, clarity, and accountability. Together, they offer a holistic transformation — mind, body, and energy aligned.

Do I need to talk about past trauma for MAP or hypnotherapy to work?

Not at all. One of the most beautiful aspects of MAP is that it works without needing to rehash painful memories. Your subconscious does the healing for you — you just follow gentle instructions and allow the process to unfold.

What can I expect from a 1:1 session?
